Services

Africapaciti is positioned as an integral partner to local indigenization and economic empowerment initiatives. We have developed and established partnerships with National Development Institutions, Development Banks, Investment Promotion Agencies, Industrial Development Corporations, Private Equity Funds and Pension Funds in most African countries. These strategic partnerships have allowed us to develop comprehensive synergies with emerging enterprises whilst also venturing in to greenfield projects. Our financing approach is therefore as follows;

Private Equity

Africapaciti looks for both startups and established companies to invest in and will have private equity oerings: an on balance sheet fund in which Africapaciti itself will commit proprietary funds into the investee company and an o balance sheet fund through Africapaciti strategic partners. Our company seeks to invest directly in enterprises that we believe have the potential to become game changers in their respective sectors and which result in the sustainable development of communities.

Our philosophy is motivated by the need to stimulate community participation by investing in African innovations and entrepreneurs, furthermore partnering with Governments in Private Public Partnerships (PPPs) will enhance our influence in job creation and economic development in Africa.

Our main thrust therefore is to provide working capital to targeted companies in order to nurture their expansion, new-product development, or drive restructuring needs in their company’s operations or simply influence change of ownership.

Project Finance

Africapaciti endeavours to support High Impact Projects by providing loans or securing alternative funding under aordable and reasonable financing structures. All Africapaciti facilitated loans will be structured on the project’s cash flows for guaranteed repayment. The Project’s assets, rights, and other interests may be held as security or collateral. We have partnered with both the private sector and public organisations to deliver aordable financing solutions towards critical public service infrastructure such as schools, housing developments for local authorities, health care infrastructure and industrial infrastructure.

Trade Finance

Africapaciti realizes the importance of supporting Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across Africa through the support of the social and economic development initiatives in their respective countries. Most SMEs in Africa are classified as unbankable by most financial institutions; therefore it remains our desire to ensure that such businesses can be financed to facilitate importation of raw materials, critical skills development for their businesses, enhancement of their productivity and improved exports thereby contributing to their GDP. It is also important to guarantee that their suppliers are paid on time. We support many SMEs that we believe can be successful in this global market.

Project Development Services

Africapaciti provides project development and technical support services to private and public enterprises across Africa, which seek to develop their projects from conceptualization right up to bankability. The company serves as an integral part in the identification and development of potential projects across Africa.
